to promote and encourage industrial and commercial firms to locate and
expand in the Titusville, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding area and for the
purpose, to buy, sell, and lease real estate and other facilities, including
financing the same through loan programs, and also contributing to the City
of Titusville, or any political subdivision, to defray all or any portion of the
expense to the said City or political subdivision incurred because of such
location or expansion.

About TIFI
Founded in 1964, Titusville Industrial Fund, Inc. is a private,
voluntary organization of select business and industry related
individuals who have a common goal of bettering the economic
health of the Titusville area.
Low interest loans, assistance with business planning, marketing
and general business consultation and investment in industrial site
infrastructure are among the elements of its program that have
proved highly successful in stimulating economic growth and
providing new jobs. TIFI's directors represent a variety of
industries in the area and offer a wealth of expertise in making
sound business decisions.
Since its founding, millions of dollars in industrial loans have
been made with the assistance of the
Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority.
