This organization focuses on community development projects within the
city of Titusville.  These are the projects that will positively affect the quality of life
within the community​ in the Valley that Changed the World.
The goal is to regain some of the excitement, wealth and influence
that was so apparent during the oil boom, to create a destination city with
amenities and attractions befitting the name the city was given during that era, the
​“Queen City”.

In order to achieve that goal, it will be necessary to engage in projects involving
the downtown, trails, parks, retail and service businesses, historic structures,
​ the main travel corridors, residential areas and marketing, for starters.

Enhance Titusville has begun its downtown plan with the creation of a Retail Incubator.  The incubator is located in the old Thompson's Drug Store Building and is complete!
It is called The Mercantile, The Merc for short.

​The Merc has a miniature street complete with a variety of retail shops on each side of the "road", a restaurant, a coffee shop, an ice cream parlor, and ample dining
​all inside of the building!
